What is Turno?

Turno is the scheduling app we use to share cleaning projects with you. It's straightforward to use and lets you:

✓Accept or pass on new cleaning projects
✓See a calendar overview of all your upcoming projects
✓Get notified straight away if a guest changes their booking dates
✓Manage everything on the go from your phone

Getting Started — Action Steps

Watch the Turno training video — it has some important information to help you hit the ground running.

Log in to Turno using the credentials shared with you.

Update your email address, password and phone number to your own preferences so you receive notifications when new projects become available.

Confirm your new phone number and email address — look for the orange notification banner at the top of your Turno dashboard.

Download the Turno Cleaner App and log in with your updated details:

Move the Turno app to your phone's home screen so you can easily spot new project notifications and accept them quickly.

How Projects Are Allocated

Cleaning projects are shared on a first-come, first-served basis — whoever accepts first gets the project. You can see all your accepted projects in the "Accepted" tab in the app.

Helpful Tips

Keep the Turno app on your home screen — you'll see notification badges instantly when new projects come in, which helps you accept them faster.

In the app, a standard clean is listed as a "Cleaning Project" and a final walkthrough is listed as a "Final Inspection Project".

Remember to tap Start when you begin a project and Completed when you finish — this keeps your reliability score healthy in the system.
